There is never a fee to join the DFI team, for temps or dental offices. Offices pay assignment fees only after their available positions have been filled. About Us

Dental Fillins (DFI) was established in 2005. Danielle and Wendy, registered dental hygienists from West Chester, purchased the staffing agency in 2012. Danielle and Wendy both love dental hygiene and work clinically at the same fee for service practice in Chester County.

DANIELLE SYDENSTRICKER
CEO - Dental Hygienist

Danielle our CEO temped part time for DFI before becoming an owner and continues to "Fillin" once in a while. She believes this benefits the practices and temporary staff to fully understand the inner workings of the dental offices, setting us apart from other agencies and providing a personal touch to staffing. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine Dental Hygiene Program, class of 2004.

WENDY BIRONT
CFO - Dental Hygienist

Wendy our CFO is a 1992 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University earning a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Her master's degree courses at West Chester University include areas of Public Health and Health Care Law which put her in the perfect role of managing contracts, account servicing, and the back office business side of DFI. She appreciates what is important to the administrative department of the dental practice client.
